Instructions cost £5.50 the first set, plus £3.50 for each additional 
set when ordered at the same time

giving details of the item you require.  We will then send you a Paypal POSTAGE-FREE invoice to enable you to pay online or by cheque.  The instructions will then be printed out and posted to you.
